Finding the hotel can be a hassle if you take the wrong exit—it's a maze to get back on track. The so-called 'superior' room felt cramped, barely accommodating two suitcases, leading to an expensive upgrade for more space. Checking in presented challenges with a non-Japanese speaker trying to work through a confusing technical issue.

I had a lovely stay at Jr-East Hotel Mets Yokohama. The check-in process was straightforward with automated kiosks, and I enjoyed complimentary coffee and a variety of amenities available in the lobby. The bed was particularly comfortable, allowing me to rest well after exploring the city.

Room size is quite small.

i almost thought this place would be wonderul, but between the toenail clippings under the duvet and the small room with no proper storage, it was a struggle. i expected at least a complimentary drink for these inconveniences but nope, not even a welcome gift. truly a missed opportunity to impress me.

Staying at jr-east exceeded my expectations this summer. The room was spacious and really comfortable, perfect for my needs. I appreciated the modern amenities, especially the smart tv and fridge.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the station, making it easy to explore Yokohama with our large family. We enjoyed visiting the nearby Osanbashi Terminal, where the views of the bay were stunning! Plus, our baby slept quite well here.

This place felt like a luxury experience. I can't stop thinking about that heated bathroom seat, felt like I was sitting on a throne after long days. And the fridge with a window, genius touch! It reminded me to check if I had any snacks left from the night before.

Wasn't cheap, but considering all the perks, still okay.

I loved how I could easily switch the aircon to English and the room was super quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The self-service toiletries were a nice touch, and I really enjoyed soaking in the bath salts each night. It would have been great to have a bit more English support for the TV channels, but overall, I had a fantastic experience! 😊
